The late André Leon Talley partnered with renowned art director, Sam Shahid, to create his first art monograph using personal photos taken with a one-time-use camera to create an intimate portrait of the Vogue editor-at-large.
As Graphic Designer for Shahid & Company, I was honored to edit 100's of Talley's own candid snapshots featuring a who's who of fashion, style and entertainment. Designing layouts featuring his innermost circle including Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Moss, Zac Posen, and Naomi Campbell, to name a few, was a highlight in my career.
