As a creative leader, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many capacities, leveraging the full breadth of channels including in-boutique, visual merchandising, digital, print, social, wholesale, PR, events, and more. With a background in Fine Art and Business, my well-rounded view allows me to connect with colleagues from disparate departments and points of view quickly and authentically. As a result, I have the ability to fly both high and low, envisioning a holistic, 360 brand experience and break it down into digestible bites to lead a team to execute, from concept to completion. I’ve found that many leaders generally do one or the other, but my ability to do both has proven to be advantageous to my projects and teams. By understanding the challenges from multiple angles, I’m able to connect dots and create solutions. This is evidenced by my track record of building and managing agile teams, driving creative excellence, and bringing ideas to life.

With over 15 years in the retail, fashion, beauty, and luxury industries, I’ve had the honor of working with renowned greats such as the late André Leon Talley, Bruce Weber, Russell James, and Sam Shahid. These relationships have made me not only a collaborator, but also a keen observer with the ability to recognize unique talents in people. Through open communication, inspiration, and support, I create a space where people work together collaboratively and produce their best work.

As a founding member of Chief, I’m dedicated to helping other women discover their full potential and find equality in the workforce.

In pursuit of my own self-care and wellness journey, I’m Yoga Alliance Certified and practice yoga, Pilates, and meditation whenever I can. I find great inspiration in travel, art exhibitions, and in nature.
